Can I build muscle and burn fat with this exercise plan?

I weight lift regularly, about 5-6 days a week. I want to start walking an hour everyday as well. I did the research and with an hour walking I can burn 280 calories. Add that to the 227 calories I burn weight lifting and that's 507 calories burned. I know you can't do cardio like tae bo or running and still gain muscle, so I thought that I might try something not as intense like walking but I'm not sure if I can burn the calories walking and still maintain gains in the weight room.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with this or has knowledge about it? If so, please help!
