However what doesn&#8217;t seem to be taken into account is the fact that there are acutually many different types of fat around and you need to know the difference between good fat and bad fat to be able to know what you are doing.</p>
<h3>Not All Fat Is Bad</h3>
<p>In fact eating some kinds of healthy fat is actually very important to the working of your body and to your overall health in general.  What the problem is that there is so much bad information out there about different types of fats and there are so many so called experts that will tell you that you should cut your fat intake right down, that it gets confusing for the average person who just wants to make sure they are eating healthily.</p>
<p>Here is a list of just some of the healthier options when it comes to eating fats:</p>
<ol>
<li>Coconut fat</li>
<li> Extra virgin olive oil</li>
<li>Dark, bittersweet chocolate (&gt;70% cocoa)</li>
<li>Avocados or guacamole</li>
<li>High fat fish such as wild salmon, sardines, mackerel, herring, trout, etc</li>
<li>Nuts</li>
</ol>
<p>These are just a few of the foods that contain &#8220;healthy fats&#8221; there are many more, but eating these foods (in moderation as always) you will be getting a nice bit of healthy fat.  And yes you should cut out the &#8220;Bad Fat&#8221; that is often found in other foods, especially man made foods.</p>

<p>This is a very common question because many people do not have the money, time or simply do not want to join a gym and they also don&#8217;t have the money to buy, or don&#8217;t want to have bulky gym equipment around their home.</p>
<p>The first thing you need to focus on is being consistent.&nbsp; The reason why most people fail in their attempts to lose weight or get a six pack is not because they aren&#8217;t doing the right exercises but because they are not being consistent.</p>
<p>You need to make a plan and a schedule and you need to be prepared to stick to it. Make a plan for 3 months and make sure that you do not skip sessions within this time, the results might amaze you.</p>
