This is a very common question because many people do not have the money, time or simply do not want to join a gym and they also don’t have the money to buy, or don’t want to have bulky gym equipment around their home.

The first thing you need to focus on is being consistent.  The reason why most people fail in their attempts to lose weight or get a six pack is not because they aren’t doing the right exercises but because they are not being consistent.

You need to make a plan and a schedule and you need to be prepared to stick to it. Make a plan for 3 months and make sure that you do not skip sessions within this time, the results might amaze you.

Vary you exercises: Doing the same tired old abs exercises over and over again, is not he ideal way to reach your goal and to get that toned or ripped six back without any kind of machine. You must vary your exercises, keep your body guessing and keep challenging it from different angles.

Watch your diet: This should go without saying but you need to make sure you are eating the right things otherwise you are making your life much more difficult and in some situations almost impossible.

Do Cardio Work:  The best time to do cardio work is early morning before their is any food in your stomach, you will burn more fat that way and your results will come even quicker.
