I totally agree with you that pre-planning is super helpful. We are creatures of habit so it’s important to make sure it’s as straightforward as possible to stay on the course to burn belly fat.

Besides the obvious health benefits fibre is so great because it helps you feel full. I know when I was dieting down I was afraid of being super hungry all the time, but filling up on the right foods means you feel satisfied without the cost in calories that would stop you losing fat

While undoubtedly most of the advice you offer is true and valuable, I am going to have to disagree with your statement about cutting back on red meat.

A number of scientific studies have shown that red meat has no negative impacts on health or weight gain. On the other hand, starchy foods like bread, pasta, and potatoes have long been known to be perpetrators of weight gain. These foods bulk up insulin levels, which is a hormone that causes the body to store fat.

I think cutting back these foods would lead to much greater weight loss than cutting back on red meat.
